Within the framework of your investigation around free-floating e-scooters, we made a Faraday cage that prevents e-scooters to transmit electromagnetic signals. By removing these signals, the vehicle can’t be geolocated. In this way, the Faraday cage allows the exhibition of a “connected object“ inside a gallery space by extracting it from its surveillance network.
