Peau are the result of a research on physical deformation of flat openwork surfaces. When we lacerate a surface (of paper, rubber or metal) we transform its reaction to gravity. The more we open the surface the more this one transforms its volume, and if we create too much openwork on the surface, its form collapses under its own weight. Under the action of gravity, then exist a fragile pivotal point where surface and volume hold down in an equal way. Peau are the result of a research around that pivotal point.
